Viking Age Jewellery Discovered in Denmark

Archaeologists at the site of Vestervang, on the island of Zealand in Denmark, have discovered some rich Viking jewellery at a modest farm site that dates between the 7th and 11th centuries AD.

Mysterious Toe Rings Found on Ancient Egyptian Skeletons

Archaeologists working at the site of Amarna, in Egypt, have discovered two skeletons buried with enigmatic  copper alloy toe rings. Whether they had a magical or fashion purpose remains a mystery.
