A team of researchers are embarking on an ambitious program to bring some of Iraq's heritage back to life online. Amir Harrak made several trips to Iraq between 1997 and 2014 recording inscriptions that date between the seventh and 20th centuries. Many of the sites are now destroyed or damaged but now they are finding new life.
